ACTEL's consultants are all professionally trained with extensive experience gained with either operators or equipment vendors. They have exposure with almost every facet of the telecommunications industry. Having undertaken projects in some 20 countries, they understand and respect cultural diversity and the importance it can play when assessing business and technology strategies.

Steve Dujmovic is the Principal Consultant and founder of ACTEL with over 25 years experience in engineering, business and marketing. He has been involved in a number of international license bids, network designs and deployments, system product designs, due diligences, vendor assessments and training programs and has led a teams of up to 62 engineers. His knowledge and experience covers; technology strategy, due diligence, WCDMA, LTE, GSM, GPRS, EDGE, WiMax, CDMA, PHS, DECT, WLL, PDH and SDH networks, xDSL, Satellite (DAMA & VSAT), Voice and Data systems. Steve is fluent in English and Croatian with a smattering of French.

Nathalie Darde is a Senior Consultant with 12 years experience in business planning, marketing, market & financial analysis in telecoms. She has worked for mobile operators and equipment vendors in Europe, Australia and Africa. Her knowledge covers mobile network business case modelling, business process development, global mobile markets, GSM operations, customer care and billing services, VAS and data services. Nathalie has participated in a number of international cellular license bids and service launches. Nathalie is fluent in both French and English.

Philippe Veyssiere is an experienced Mobile Telecommunications specialist with solid management skills and 10+ years of international experience with top tier Mobile Network Operators & Equipment vendors. Has detailed expertise in GSM/3G/WiMax Access Networks, dimensioning, deployment, optimization and performance monitoring. His skills cover mobile and fixed network architectures backed with strong project management experience. Philippe is fluent in French and English.

Dr David Lucantoni is a Senior Consultant with over 20 years experience in the telecom industry.  As a consultant, he has been involved in projects in cellular (GSM, PCS1900), internet telephony, traffic modelling and satellite systems (Iridium, INX, Astrolink and ICO).  David has extensive knowledge in Advanced Mobile Phone Systems, Packetised Voice and Data, Broadband/ISDN and Variable-Bit- Rate-Video, gained at Bell Labs.  David received his PhD in Operations Research in 1981 and has published 55 professional papers in refereed journals. He won the 2000 Lucent Technologies Patent Recognition Award.
